Niam is currently looking for a communicative and driven individual to lead and develop the communication across Niam’s entire platform including Real Estate, Credit and Infrastructure. This is a position that involves an overall responsibility to ensure that Niam’s financial information is communicated effectively, consistently, and engagingly to both internal and external stakeholders. In this position, you will report to the CEO and have extensive interaction and collaboration with the entire organization, supporting a variety of communication matters, ensuring alignment and consistency in messaging across the whole platform.

Responsibilities include:

1. Communicating Niam’s Story and Performance: Effectively convey Niam’s story, performance, and financial data to different stakeholders to build understanding and engagement.
2. Building Credibility and Trust: Showcase Niam’s vision and strengths across several strategies on a multimanager platform to build credibility and trust among investors and other stakeholders.
3. Strategic Support and Collaboration: Provide strategic support and work closely with management, the organisation, and the broader IR as well as the Sustainability team to achieve Niam’s communication goals.
4. Market Presence and Development: Stay close to the market and continuously develop Niam’s communication plan to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
5. Interaction with Investors and Stakeholders: Contribute to successful interaction with investors and key stakeholders by delivering impactful messages.
6. Internal and External Communication: Foster understanding and build relationships across the organization to support consistent messaging and communication both internally and externally.
7. Handling ad hoc tasks: Be the point of contact for and handle communication matters that arise within the organisation.

Background and experience:

1. Proven experience in financial communications, investor relations, or a similar role, preferably within a multi-manager platform or financial services industry.
2. Strong background in communicating complex financial data and strategies to different stakeholders.
3. Proven experience and interest in formulating text with a focus on message and content.
4. Strong project management skills and experience in leading complex projects.
5. Fluent in English and Swedish.

Personal characteristics:

1. Strong strategic and analytical abilities as well as a “hands on” approach.
2. Strong presentation and communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate financial concepts clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
3. Keen understanding of market trends and the ability to adapt communication strategies accordingly.
4. Relationship-building personality with good social and collaboration skills.
5. Humble team player – contributes to a good atmosphere with high energy.
