About the Role
As our CFO, you will not only be growing Anyfin but also in crafting the financial and strategic framework that will fuel our success in new markets and product lines. Partnering with the rest of our leadership team, you'll lead us through the financial complexities of scaling internationally and help us meet our vision with robust, data-driven financial strategies.
This role will focus on actively shaping our company's direction, together with the CEO making sure everyone is aligned and accountable. It's not "just" about keeping our finances stable—it's about actively driving the business forward. We're not looking for someone who simply plays it safe and stays on defense—we're seeking a proactive driver who combines bold, strategic moves with a respect for regulatory standards, ready to push for exceptional growth in a compliant, licensed environment.
What you will be doing:
The CFO title can mean a lot of things, here at Anyfin it goes beyond the mere finances of the business. So, the following areas will be included in your scope:
Financial Leadership: Oversee financial operations, finance team, budgeting, cash flow, liquidity, and capital allocation to support our operational needs and growth plans. (there's your bread and butter)
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the management to ensure financial plans reflect our growth targets and market realities to ensure that our operational strategy aligns with both market demands and financial realities. (here's where you move the needle)
Investor Relations: Engage with investors and the board to provide transparency around financial health and strategic direction, helping to build trust and confidence. (here's where you're a natural)
Business development: Work with the founders and leaders to shape and adapt the company's long-term strategic plan and assess new market opportunities and revenue streams. (here's the true passion, or at least icing on the cake)
Treasury: Manage liquidity and long term funding needs through raising and placement of financial instruments.
Leadership: Inspire a high-performing organization, fostering a culture that values innovation, accountability, and growth. (here's where we'll all look up to you)
