Om rollen:

Som CloudOps Team Lead blir du en nyckelperson i vår IT-infrastrukturorganisation. Du kommer att leda och coacha Infrastruktursteamet samtidigt som du ansvarar för drift, utveckling och säkerhet i vår kunds hybridmoln-miljö. Du rapporterar direkt till Head of IT Infrastructure Operations och samarbetar tätt med övriga IT-funktioner för att säkerställa hög tillgänglighet och prestanda i våra system.

Dina ansvarsområden:

- Leda och coacha CloudOps-teamet, främja kunskapsdelning och kompetensutveckling.
- Säkerställa stabil drift och affärskontinuitet i en hybrid molnmiljö (Azure, AWS m.fl.).
- Driva tekniska initiativ för digitalisering, automation och serviceoptimering.
- Hantera incidenter, förändringshantering och proaktiv förbättring av IT-infrastruktur.
- Samarbeta med interna intressenter och externa leverantörer för att identifiera och implementera de bästa lösningarna.
- Delta i upphandling, utvärdering och implementering av nya IT-tjänster och verktyg.

Vem är du?

Vi söker dig som har en stark teknisk bakgrund inom IT-infrastruktur och molnplattformar samt erfarenhet av att leda och motivera team. Du trivs i en dynamisk miljö där du får kombinera strategiskt tänkande med operativa uppgifter. Du är analytisk, lösningsorienterad och har en naturlig förmåga att kommunicera och samarbeta med olika delar av organisationen.

Kvalifikationer:

- Minst 3 års erfarenhet av att hantera och stödja hybrid multi-molnmiljöer (Azure, AWS, etc.).
- Dokumenterad erfarenhet av teamledning eller teknisk projektledning inom IT-infrastruktur.
- Gedigen förståelse för cybersäkerhet, nätverkstjänster, DNS- och PKI-hantering.
- Expertis inom Microsoft-produkter och Enterprise Mobility Management.
- Stark kompetens inom PowerShell-skriptning och automation.
- Erfarenhet av upphandling och leverantörshantering.
- Mycket goda kunskaper i engelska, både i tal och skrift.
