Deputy Head of PU ASM and Head of Contract Responsible

We are now looking for you who are ready to step up and take on the important responsibility to lead people and business - as Deputy Head of Product Unit - and want to be a part of our journey for the long run. Within Business Unit Missile Systems we are now recruiting Deputy Head of Product Unit Anti Ship Missiles. The position is located in Linköping. The PU is responsible for: * Profitability, growth and sustainability of the PU * Full P&L-responsibility, including order intake, for the global business * Responsibility for business execution and product life cycle management for the global business * Strategic and financial business planning as well as budgeting and financial forecasts * Customer relations in close collaboration with Saab Group Units In the role as Deputy Head of PU ASM you will work closely with the PU Head, you will contribute to both strategic planning and operational execution to ensure efficiency and long term growth across the business. You will also be Contract Owner for contracts within the PU as well as line manager for Contract Responsible. You will be expected to take an active role in driving continuous improvement, managing key initiatives, and developing collaboration across departments. The position requires a hands on mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to shift between high level strategy and operational details. As Deputy Head of the PU you report to the PU Head and are part of the PU Management Team. The position is based in Sweden but travel is required both nationally and international. You recognize that behaviors are critical to our success and lead in alignment with our leadership framework. * You have the ability to develop and implement strategies that drive both growth and EBIT, with the ambition to exceed business plan targets * You bring experience from complex international business environments and system-of-systems development * You are a people-focused leader who challenges others to grow, brings clarity in complex situations, and sees coaching as a powerful development tool * You have the passion and capability to lead a high-tech, international, and complex organization * You communicate expectations and vision in a way that inspires and motivates people to achieve strong performance * You have solid expertise in financial management, including budget processes, cost control, and capital investments * You have the ability to establish and maintain a strong network of customers, local industrial partners, and other relevant sources of information and influence * You have experience in leading in change journey * You are fluent in both Swedish and English This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection.
