Inom värdeströmmen för läkemedelshantering, där både bastjänster och digitala e-tjänster ingår, söker vi nu en konsult med bred erfarenhet som kan axla rollen som Product Manager. Du kommer att ha det övergripande ansvaret för att utveckla och förvalta digitala lösningar som bidrar till en robust och innovativ digital infrastruktur, anpassad för att möta vårdens och samhällets behov.

I denna strategiska roll ingår bland annat att:

Formulera Vision & Strategi:

Definiera tydliga mål och utveckla långsiktiga strategier och visioner för produkterna.

Användar- och Intressentdialog:

Vara en central kontaktpunkt för produktanvändare samt koordinera samarbetet med både interna och externa intressenter.

Backlogghantering & Prioritering:

Ansvara för den övergripande produktbacklogen, säkerställa att prioriteringar sätts utifrån verksamhetens behov och att arbetet i de agila teamen styrs mot gemensamma mål.

PI-planering & Koordination:

Leda och stödja PI-planeringar för att säkerställa att alla team inom det agila tåget har en gemensam förståelse för de uppsatta målen. Du kommer att arbeta nära Release Train Engineers och System Architects för att koordinera arbetet på programnivå.

Löpande Uppföljning & Analys:

Följa upp pågående arbeten och analysera marknadstrender för att säkerställa att våra digitala produkter ständigt utvecklas i linje med användarnas och organisationens krav.

Konsulten behöver kunna delta i en intervju den 22 februari, antingen på plats eller via digitalt möte.

Obligatoriska Krav (Ska-krav)

Erfarenhetsnivå:

Kompetensnivå 3 (4–8 års relevant erfarenhet).

Produktledarerfarenhet:

Minst 5 års dokumenterad erfarenhet av produktledning och produktutveckling inom digitala lösningar.

Agilt Arbetsätt:

Flera års erfarenhet av att arbeta med uppskalat agilt arbetssätt enligt SAFe-ramverket.

Branschkännedom:

God förståelse för e-hälsa samt vård- och läkemedelsrelaterade tjänster, eller motsvarande erfarenhet från närliggande områden.

Teamkoordinering:

Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att samordna och prioritera arbetet i agila team över en längre period (minst 5 år).

Kommunikationsförmåga:

Utmärkta skriftliga och muntliga färdigheter i både svenska och engelska.

Översättning av Behov:

Erfarenhet av att omsätta användar- och verksamhetsbehov till konkreta lösningar och strategier.

Meriterande Egenskaper (Bör-krav)

Certifiering:

Certifiering som SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager är en stark merit.

Erfarenhet av PI-planering:

Tidigare arbete med PI-planering och att koordinera flera team inom ett agilt tåg.

Skalbar Digital Lösning:

Erfarenhet av att utveckla digitala lösningar för stora användargrupper.

Stationering:

Placeringen sker antingen på kundens kontor i Stockholm eller Kalmar. Det finns möjlighet att utföra delar av uppdraget på distans, upp till cirka 3 dagar i veckan, i samråd med enhetschef.

Uppdragets Tidsperiod:

Uppdraget startar efter avtalstecknande och gäller initialt i 1 år med möjlighet till en förlängning om ytterligare 1 år.

Omfattning:

Heltid (100%).
