K2's customer is looking for a cut-over lead to carry out a go-live of the ERP (S/4 HANA) project. In this position, you are responsible for planning and leading the technical restructuring and the operational restructuring at three different warehouse locations. The activities covered are Purchasing, Sales, Production, Warehouse, Transport, Finance and Master Data. You are responsible for involving the right people and coordinating between the project teams, the operations at the three locations and system suppliers. You will have close cooperation with the project's migration manager, change manager and technical project manager.

You will be part of the project management team and actively participate in the work of ensuring a good collaborative climate and together leading the project to its goals. It is important that you have a leadership profile with experience in warehouse restructuring, an eye for detail and a good ability to communicate with people with different skills and backgrounds. You have an ability to understand both operations and IT. You report to the project manager.

Role and responsibilities:

1. Responsible for leading and involving all stakeholders in the development of an overall and detailed transition plan (technical go-live and business go-live) including a plan for post-go-live support (hypercare), contingency plan and risk analysis.
2. Responsible for leading the implementation of the transformation and coordinating all parties involved.
3. Stakeholder management through effective communication and solution focus.
4. Ensure that the right stakeholders are involved in the work from start to finish.
5. Follow-up of relevant deliveries in collaboration with other project management.
6. Actively participate in the project management team within the project.
7. Report to project manager and steering group.

Requirements:

Must have:

1. Experience and understanding of ERP implementation and data migration.
2. Understanding the business's needs before, during and after go-live.
3. Experience in warehouse relocation.
4. Experience in cutover management and previous responsibility for leading and operating this area in complex environments.
5. Experience and understanding of IT systems in general and integrations between systems.
6. Excellent written/oral communication skills.

Nice to have:

1. Experience in complex IT implementations with many parties and suppliers.
2. Experience in leading roles in business-critical projects.
3. Ability to develop detailed activity plans, as well as coordinate and deliver on these.
4. You are a natural coordinator of multiple teams with different skills, backgrounds and abilities.
5. Structured, solution-oriented and thorough.
6. Proactive and self-driven.
7. Ability to maintain structure and calm under time pressure.
