Smart Manufacturing Lead – Driv produktionsutvecklingen framåt
Vi söker en erfaren och resultatinriktad Smart Manufacturing Lead som vill ta en nyckelroll i vår produktionsorganisation.

Du kommer att arbeta både strategiskt och operativt med att utveckla våra produktionsprocesser, med fokus på att öka produktivitet, minska slöseri och optimera våra produktionsflöden.

Som Smart Manufacturing Lead har du ett helhetsansvar för att initiera och leda förbättringsprojekt inom produktionen. Du arbetar nära produktion, underhåll, kvalitet och planering för att säkerställa robusta och hållbara produktionsflöden. Din roll innebär också att arbetsleda teknik- och ställteamet i både dagliga uppgifter och långsiktigt utvecklingsarbete.

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:
Driva förbättringsprojekt med fokus på kostnadsreduktion och processeffektivisering.

Optimera ställtider, verktygsbyten och uppstartsrutiner med hjälp av Lean-verktyg som SMED.

Arbetsleda teknik- och ställteamet i operativt och strategiskt arbete.

Säkerställa maskin- och processeffektivitet genom att följa upp via MES och underhållssystem.

Utveckla arbetssätt och rutiner i nära samarbete med produktions- och teknikteam.

Implementera tekniska förbättringar och nya arbetssätt tillsammans med operatörer och tekniker.

Arbeta aktivt med 5S och kontinuerliga förbättringsmetoder.

Vi söker dig som har:
Gedigen erfarenhet från tillverkande industri, gärna inom formsprutning.

Kunskap om Lean production, Six Sigma och förbättringsverktyg (SMED, 5S, Kaizen).

Förmåga att leda och utveckla team inom teknik och produktion.

Teknisk utbildning på gymnasienivå eller motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet.

Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både muntligt och skriftligt.

En strukturerad och analytisk arbetsmetod samt ett driv för att skapa förbättringar.
