Som vår nya Team Leader inom Environment & Health kommer du att vara en del av en verksamhet i tillväxt. Genom våra globala tjänsteområden driver och samordnar vi tekniken för att lära av varandra och för att kunna anta de mest utmanande projekten, exempelvis anordnar Ramboll internt regionala nätverksmöten inom förorenade områden i Europa och USA.

I rollen blir du en del av vår svenska ledningsgrupp inom Site Solutions & Health Science och får cirka 50 kollegor runt om i landet. Du kommer att arbeta nära dina team lead-kollegor och hjälpa till att driva utvecklingen av vår enhet. Teamet du ansvarar för består i nuläget av 7 personer (med ambition om tillväxt) fördelade på orterna Umeå och Luleå, det innebär att du förväntas ha närvaro på båda orterna.

Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden inkluderar:

- Personal- och ekonomiskt ansvar för gruppen
- Fördela resurser till projekt, anbudsarbete och interna teknikutvecklingsprojekt i nära samarbete med andra gruppchefer och enhetschef
- Rekrytering och affärsutveckling
- Motivation och arbetsglädje i att coacha kollegor
- Flera års erfarenhet som projektledare eller miljösamordnare, t ex som konsult, entreprenör, beställare eller från miljömyndighet
- Minst 6 års relevant arbetslivserfarenhet och redo för att utvecklas vidare i en ledande roll
- En kommunikativ förmåga och uttrycker dig väl i tal och skrift, både på svenska och engelska
- Relevant högskoleutbildning som civilingenjör, miljövetare, naturvetare eller motsvarande
- B-körkort
