Rollbeskrivning:

Key Responsibilities:• Lead and manage functional safety activities for Zone Controller productsadhering to ISO 26262 with a focus on ASIL D standards.• Define and develop functional safety concepts and technical safetyrequirements throughout the development lifecycle, including hazard analysis,risk assessment, and fault-tree analysis.• Oversee the creation of safety plans, verification, and validation strategies toensure compliance with industry standards and customer safety requirements.• Collaborate with hardware and software engineering teams to ensure that safetymechanisms are integrated into system designs.• Conduct safety audits, reviews, and assessments to validate the safety integrityof products.• Lead and manage failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), fault-tree analysis(FTA), and other safety analysis methods to identify potential risks and developmitigation strategies.• Ensure traceability of safety requirements from concept phase to production,ensuring safety goals are met across all stages.• Prepare and present safety documentation, such as safety cases, tostakeholders and regulatory bodies.• Act as the primary point of contact with stakeholders and suppliers forfunctional safety-related issues.• Stay current on industry trends and emerging standards related to automotivesafety and ASIL requirements.• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on functional safety bestpractices. To build strong relationships, is something thatis natural for you, having interpersonal skills and gain trust by deliver with high quality.Lastly, we believe that you are that kind of a person that rethink and is curious to learnmore in areas such as digital tools, new working methods etc. Qualifications:• 5+ years of experience in functional safety engineering, preferably within theautomotive industry.• In-depth understanding of ISO 26262, particularly with respect to ASIL D.• Proven experience in functional safety analysis, including FMEA, FTA, and safetyconcept development.• Strong knowledge of automotive electronics, embedded systems, and safetycritical systems.• Experience with safety verification and validation techniques, including faultinjection and testing methods.• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams.• Certified Functional Safety Engineer (ISO 26262) or similar certification ispreferred.• Project management experience, particularly in managing functional safetyprojects, is a plus.
