The position

Are you a passionate leader with a knack for building strong relationships and a background in integrations? Join us in driving innovation and supporting the digitalization journey of the healthcare industry

As Integration Lead, you will have a central role within the growing e-health sector, supporting our customers’ digitalization efforts. You’ll balance leadership and delivery responsibilities, guiding your team in the integration domain while contributing directly to our integration initiatives.

Your work will involve close collaboration with colleagues from our Customer Delivery Division (CDD), Tech, and Product organizations, as well as external parties such as customers and suppliers. This role requires strong cross-functional coordination and customer focus to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.

Requirements

- Experience in integrations.
- Experience in sales and/or business development, preferably within IT or digitalization.
- A university degree in a relevant field, such as business or IT.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English (both written and spoken).
- Proven leadership experience (formal or informal).
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

It's a bonus if you

- Experience in the public sector and/or e-health.
- Experience in consulting and/or project management.
- Knowledge of integration standards, eg HL7 and FHIR, and platforms such as Health Connect.
- A track record of managing complex stakeholder relationships in a dynamic environment.

Place of employment: Stockholm

At Cambio we value a healthy work-life balance, and to encourage that we apply a hybrid working-model. Together with your team you decide which days you work at the office. On the remaining days you can work remotely from home, but you are always more than welcome to work at the office too.

Scope: Full time

Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
