As Elekta continues to grow and develop, we are now looking for a Treasury Specialist to report to the Group Treasurer. This newly created role will be an important part of Elekta’s finance function. You will be responsible for driving operational activities and regulating financial transactions. In addition, you will be involved in business improvements within the function and have daily contact with Elekta’s banks.

At the same time, you must be a team player who collaborates and communicates to ensure the best possible results,” explains Tobias.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and managing the Group’s currency accounts and cash pools
• Improving and developing administrative processors and routines within Treasury
• Generating weekly and financial liquidity reports
• Acting as a super user for AARO, M3 and Kyriba systems
• Developing, implementing and reconciling financial policies and financial management of transactions and financial policies
• Elekta’s financial transactions and settling them with bank counterparties

The Group Treasury function at Elekta is responsible for managing the company’s currency and interest rate risks, short- and long-term financing of the Group’s operations as well as optimal cash flow and liquidity. The responsibility also includes reporting cash flow, financial performance, forecasts and key figures to management, the Board and external markets with the support of Investor Relations. Managing relationships with banks, capital markets and credit rating agencies is also part of the function. Treasury Specialist

I takt med att bolaget växer och organisationen utvecklas söker Elekta nu en Treasury Specialist, som kommer rapportera till Group Treasurer. Detta är en ny roll, som kommer bli en viktig kugge i Elektas Treasury-funktion. Du bli ansvarig för att säkerställa de operativa aktiviteterna och uppgörelser av finansiella transaktioner. Du kommer dessutom bli involverad i arbetet med operativa förbättringar inom funktionen och du kommer dagligen ha kontakt med Elektas banker.

”Vi är ett ganska litet men tajt team där samarbete är väldigt viktigt. Du bör trivas i en självständig roll där du tar ansvar för egna processer och arbetsuppgifter. Samtidigt behöver du vara en lagspelare som gärna samarbetar och kommunicerar med andra för att säkerställa bästa möjliga resultat”, berättar Tobias.

Du kommer bland annat ansvara för att:

• Övervaka och administrera koncernens valutakonton och cash pools
• Förbättra och utveckla administrativa processer och rutiner inom Treasury
• Generera veckovisa och månatliga likviditetsrapporter
• Vara superanvändare i systemen AARO, M3 och Kyriba
• Utveckla, implementera och underhålla Gruppens treasury-policyer och -processer
• Kontrollera finansiella transaktioner och ansvara för redovisningen av finansiella instrument
• Avstämning av Elektas finansiella transaktioner samt reglering av dessa med bankmotparter

Funktionen Group Treasury på Elekta ansvarar för att hantera bolagets valutakurs- och räntesänkningsrisker, kort- och långsiktig finansiering av gruppens verksamhet samt även optimering av kassaflöde och likviditet. Ansvarsområdena omfattar också rapportering av kassaflöde, treasury-relaterade finansiella resultat, prognoser och KPI:er till koncernledningen, styrelsen och till externa marknader genom stöd till Investor Relations. Hanteringen av relationer med banker, kapitalmarknader och ratingbyråer faller också under funktionens ansvarsområden.
