We are looking for an engaged project manager who is ready to take on the challenge of leading the delivery of advanced technology in large and complex projects. This role is particularly challenging for a junior candidate, but we value potential and the willingness to learn.


About the Role
As a project manager, you will be responsible for delivering advanced technology in large, complex projects. Initially, you will shadow a senior team member to learn the basics and must be patient as you build your knowledge. The work is more individualistic and focuses on projects that span 3 to 5 years. During the integration and verification phases, you will lead a team of up to 25 members, who are located in various countries.
At a minimum, you will lead 3-4 team members. You will primarily work from Ludvika, with occasional opportunities to work from home. The role involves working with a global team, requiring you to have good adaptability and effective collaboration skills.

About You
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

•University or civil engineering degree in a relevant field, such as Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
•Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
•Willingness to live in Ludvika
It is also meritorious if you have:

Experience working as a project manager
Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
