Som Development Manager hos oss på Sokigo får du en nyckelroll i att leda och driva mjukvaruprojekt från beställning till leverans. Du ansvarar för att planera, genomföra och följa upp projektmål, allt med fokus på att leverera i tid, inom budget och med högsta kvalitet. Du kommer att jobba nära produktägare och andra intressenter, där din förmåga att kommunicera och hantera eventuella utmaningar kommer vara avgörande för framgång.

I rollen rapporterar du till vår systemutvecklingschef som är placerad i Vilnius men som ofta är på plats på våra kontor i Sverige. Du kommer därför ha nära kontakt med, och ett starkt stöd från ledning och kollegor, oavsett var ni befinner er. Sokigos systemutvecklingsteam är placerade i Sverige, Litauen och Indien, vilket kräver att du kommunicerar obehindrat på Engelska, både i tal och skrift.

Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden:

- Projektledning: Planera, genomföra och följa upp projekt inom givna ramar för tid, scope och resurser.
- Produktunderhåll: Tillsammans med produktägare planera och genomföra underhållsåtgärder, och säkerställa att problem löses inom rimlig tid.
- Nöjdhet: Säkerställa att projektägare och andra intressenter är nöjda med både resultat och arbetsprocessen.
- Leda teamet: Bygga och motivera ett effektivt och engagerat utvecklingsteam. Fira framgångar, identifiera utvecklingsbehov och att vid behov vara delaktig i att driva rekryteringar.
- Resultatuppföljning: Sätta och följa upp mål för både team och individuella medarbetare för att maximera bidraget till systemutvecklingsmålen.
- Dokumentation och rapportering: Ansvara för att projektrapportering och dokumentation håller hög standard.

Vi söker dig som:

- Har erfarenhet av att leda mjukvaruutvecklingsprojekt och som har en god förståelse för de utmaningar och möjligheter som följer med det.
- Är väl insatt i projektledningsmetoder. Du förstår att olika projekt kräver olika tillvägagångssätt, och du är flexibel i att tillämpa den mest lämpliga metoden baserat på projektets krav.
- Är en resultatorienterad problemlösare som hittar lösningar och driva projekt i mål, oavsett hinder.
- Är Målmedveten och drivs av att nå resultat och alltid strävar efter att förbättra och utveckla.
- Inte är inte rädd att uttrycka dina åsikter och bidra med dina perspektiv i diskussioner och beslut.
- Har förmågan att skapa lugn och struktur i teamet, även under hektiska perioder, och ser till att fokus och arbetsglädje behålls.

Övrigt

Vi ser helst att du arbetar på något av våra kontor i Stockholm, Malmö eller Karlskrona, där du får nära kontakt med våra andra team och möjlighet att delta i det dagliga arbetet på plats. Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning på heltid. Tillträde enligt överenskommelse.
