Marketing Manager

To strengthen our Commercial Organization, we are currently hiring aMarketing Manager (m/f/x) – Immunology (IG) (Fulltime / permanent / Location: Danderyd / Stockholm)The OpportunityAs Marketing Manager IG, you will be responsible for maximizing the impact and revenue of our Immunology portfolio by adapting global strategies to the Nordic market. You’ll lead the cross-functional Nordic IG team, oversee business performance, and drive omnichannel marketing initiatives—including digital innovation. This role is pivotal in aligning local execution with global priorities and ensuring strategic excellence across the region.The RoleLead and develop the Nordic IG portfolio and cross-functional team.Drive business performance through tracking OPEX, sales, and KPIs.Execute and follow up on global and local marketing plans.Provide business and competitor intelligence to support strategic decisions.Facilitate Nordic strategic planning aligned with above-country strategies.Engage with Key Opinion Leaders across the region.Coordinate key regional projects and initiatives.Define and implement marketing strategies for existing and new IG products.Champion omnichannel and digital initiatives to unlock new business opportunities.Your Skills and Experience:We’re looking for a strategic thinker and collaborative leader with a passion for innovation and excellence in marketing.Required:Minimum 5 years of experience in life sciences marketing.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.Strong strategic and analytical skills with a proactive mindset.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in Veeva, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Fluency in English and at least one Scandinavian language.Valid driver’s license.Preferred:Experience managing people and working in matrix organizations.Exposure to multiple therapeutic areas.Reporting Relationships:This position reports directly to the Head of Marketing, Nordics.What we offer:Comprehensive benefit plan with options including medical plans, life insurance, and retirement plans.Flexible working arrangementsTwo additional leave days for your personal wellbeing.A collaborative culture focused on innovation and impactJoin us and contribute to making a difference in the lives of patients with rare diseases.
