About the role:

Cytric is a key tool for online sales and to deliver our value proposition towards our clients. The main role of a Cytric Specialist is to ensure optimization of the online booking system and processes as well as interfaces with our products and systems internally. Close collaboration with other key stakeholders is therefore highly relevant.

This role is embedded in our European organisation whilst being focused on our Swedish market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product & Process:
  • Product, data and process optimization for Cytric
  • Maintain and support the system including necessary escalations
  • Assess cytric release notes, determine any system changes and communicate as applicable 
Business Development:
  • Analyze business requirements submitted by the Sales and Client Success Team
  • Validate both functional and non-functional requirements against the business needs, goals and objectives of a particular solution
  • Incorporate new features along the way and stay on top of new products and working methods
Support & Training
  • First and Second line support for clients, in this role, you will receive, prioritize, escalate, respond to issues and if needed send issues to the right team or supplier
  • Organize and facilitate inhouse training for your colleagues on any relevant Cytric changes and updates on a regular basis
  • Write comprehensive As-is Descriptions, Solution Overview Documents, Functional Specifications, Troubleshooting Guides
  • Be point of contact for all colleagues and streamline questions as well as knowledge sharing
  • Be part of Quarterly Business updates with Amadeus and Cytric

YOUR COMPETENCIES:

  • In-depth knowledge of Cytric as well as in-depth knowledge of Amadeus
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of system set up and administration within the travel industry
  • High level of accuracy and reliability, service-minded attitude
  • Excellent analysis skills
  • Result-orientation and attention to details
  • Strong communication and relationship building capabilities across all levels of the business
  • Passionate about delivering excellent support to colleagues and clients
  • Ability to design clear and straightforward processes
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Comfortable in a multi-cultural, global organization
  • Able to work, write and speak in Swedish and English
  • University degree, (economics, engineering) or equivalent experience
  • Cytric Travel & Expense Admin Certificate
