We are looking for a NLP Engineer - Prompt Engineering Specialist to join our growing team, where you willplay a key role in shaping the interaction between our users and LLM language models

Role and Responsibilities:

• Craft and optimize prompts to elicit desired responses from LLM models, with a focus on creativity and linguistic nuance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and data scientists, to integrate prompt engineering strategies into our applications using Python.
• Analyze model outputs and user feedback to iteratively refine prompts for improved performance.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in NLP and LLM technologies, incorporating new techniques to enhance prompt engineering practices.
• Work closely with product managers to understand user needs and tailor prompts to provide valuable and contextually relevant responses.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in NLP with a focus on prompt engineering and optimizing interactions with language models.
• Strong understanding of linguistic concepts, syntax, and grammar.
• Proficiency in Python for implementing and testing prompt engineering solutions, with the ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Familiarity with OpenAI models (or other LLM) and the ability to interpret model behavior.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a user-centric approach.
• Proficiency in NLP libraries and frameworks (e.g., spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Continuous learner with a passion for staying updated on advancements in NLP.
