Do you want to be involved and contribute to projects and initiatives for a better society?Are you good at leading, facilitating and developing processes and collaborations based on a design-oriented way of working?

Oh My in Luleå is looking for an experienced service designer or innovation leader who wants to be part of a strategic, curious and innovative team.

You will do that:

  • Conduct market analysis and trend scouting to understand user behaviors and market trends and use this insight to shape concepts, products and services

  • Visually conceptualize, communicate and package results and strategies

  • Lead the design process from idea to implementation – this includes user research, prototype development, user testing and evaluation of results

  • Collaborate in cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions that meet both the customer’s and Oh My’s needs
