The Role:
Here at ZEEKR we are hiring a Retail Intern (LIA Praktik)to create and deliver memorable customer experiences, whilst maximizing the sales of ZEEKR EVs. Together with the team you create a customer-centric atmosphere at ZEEKR. You make customers feel welcome and supported during the customer journey.
This is what you will do most of the time:
- Store Operations Support: Collaborate with various departments to support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and adherence to safety protocols. Assist in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference and analysis.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of ZEEKR products and services to confidently guide customers, answer inquiries, and make personalized recommendations.
- Premium Service Delivery: Learn and embody our commitment to premium customer service, ensuring that each customer interaction reflects ZEEKR’s values and exceeds expectations.
- Customer Experience: Assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner, providing in-depth knowledge information about ZEEKR vehicles and technology.
- Customer Centric: Collect customer feedback and inquiries, conveying insights to the store management team for continuous improvement. Address customer concerns with a proactive and solution-oriented approach, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
To be successful in the role you should demonstrate the following:
- Enrollment in a relevant educational program: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Customer-Focused Attitude: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine interest in providing excellent customer service.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support colleagues in achieving shared goals.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Demonstrated ability to adapt to a dynamic retail environment and handle multiple tasks with a positive attitude.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, especially when it comes to customer experience and relationship management.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with explaining complex automotive technology to ZEEKR customers.
- Languages: Fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
- Working hours: 32-40 hours per week.
