IT Administrator:in First Level Support Your tasks

As part of the team, you will take on incidents as well as service and information requests, which you will receive via various media (telephone, e-mail, ticket system).

  • Managing, monitoring and processing incidents
  • Forwarding of incidents (subsequent incident levels) and monitoring of fault clearance
  • Completion of 1st level tasks within the defined framework
  • Pro-/reactive performance monitoring and resulting incident handling
  • Regular review of the system status
  • Creation and maintenance of information in the global knowledge base
  • Processing service requests and carrying out the associated, necessary clarifications in the event of an error
  • Appropriate documentation of service requests and communication with users as part of the request fulfillment process
Your profile
  • Professional experience in the service sector, for example in a service-oriented IT area
  • Broad background knowledge, for example through vocational training in the IT or hotel / tourism environment
  • Knowledge of handling service management tools, preferably ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of client operating systems, IT networks and IT processes desirable
  • Hardware knowledge
  • German and English at business fluent level (C1 / C2)
