Operational Excellence is a central function, set to drive operational issues with strong focus cross Saab. The unit consist of Group IT, Group Procurement, Group Quality, Group Property, Critical Infrastructure and Business Requirements & Risk Management.
As a member of the Business Requirement & Risk Management team, you will be a part of a highly skilled and driven team. It´s important that you are encouraged to contribute with your knowledge in the best way. Our focus is to make it possible for you to combine your professional role with your personal development and the opportunity to broaden your competence and experience based in areas such as the rapidly changing customer requirements.
Your roleThis role reports to Head of BCM & Requirements Identification. You will operate Saab Business Continuity Management in tight cooperation with Business Areas, Group Functions and Operational Countries.
Perform training and workshops to support the business in performing Business Continuity
Improve Saab Business Continuity process
Contribute to develop our ways of working for Requirements Identification
Improve ways of working within all areas of responsibility for the organization to ensure appropriate Risk Management
Participate in Enterprise Risk Management
Performing Risk analysis to support the business as required
Improve efficiency and audits to secure compliance with business requirements
Your profileYou have business acumen and a high analytic ability, can prioritize effectively and are responsive to the business needs. Develop structures and identify improvement areas is a natural way of working for you. You work in a methodical way and your ability to prioritize time and focus on the right thing leads to good results with high quality.
Your responsiveness and ability to adapt a dialogue depending on who you are talking to, are clearly shown in the way you communicate. You have the interest in supporting and running teams you work in, are motivated in improving working methods and tools to make it more effective.
Required skills
M.Sc of i.e. Engineering, Economics or Business Management or other relevant academic degree
Experience from working with compliance and risk management
Experience from business and/or financial audits
Fluent in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing
Excellent presentation skills
Understanding of a complex reality
Additional desired skills
Experience in workshops and training
Improvement and/or change management skills
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
