You will report to VP People & Culture and belong to our fantastic People & Culture team striving towards the vision of becoming the world’s best SaaS employer 

The team today consists of these brilliant individuals; Culture lead (Stephanie), Talent Partner (Mattias) and Louise (Office Manager HQ). We have an agile and business/results driven way of working, and we hope that you'd love to be part of a fast-paced and constantly moving organization You’ll get to collaborate with inspiring, competent and fun colleagues and shape the narrative of a company on the journey of changing the game in B2B sales. 

What you will do

As People Partner you will play a key role in fostering an engaging work environment You will collaborate closely with various departments to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with the company's goals and values. The ideal candidate is passionate about building strong relationships, driving organizational effectiveness and a culture of continuous improvement

Responsibilities 

First of all - we're a scale-up This means that we always have a growth mindset, continuous improvement and that plans that we align on in one quarter will probably change the next quarter And we're working with people, the most engaging yet challenging part of it since everyone is unique - right? That requires us to be LOVING change 

Overall, your days will consist of a variety of below areas 

✅Employee Engagement and Performance Management.  Develop and execute initiatives together with the P&C team and our leaders to enhance employee engagement. You will serve as a trusted advisor to all GetAccepters, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters such as team development, performance management and conflict resolution. You will provide our managers with tools and support to effectively evaluate employee performance, set goals, and identify growth opportunities.

✅ Talent Acquisition. Collaborate with our star Mattias, Talent Partner, and our leaders to identify current and future recruitment needs and continuously work on developing our employer brand. You will conduct interviews, search and assess candidates and ensure world class recruitment and onboarding experiences. 

✅ Support the GetAccept leaders  We believe that our leaders are key to scaling our business in the best and most engaging way - and our main success is when we enable them in the best way possible - to enable their teams Win win 

✅ Compliance & HR admin. Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring company policies and practices are compliant. This includes reviewing our policies and processes continuously. 

✅Learning and Development. Collaborate with the team to design learning opportunities that enhance employee skills and knowledge, foster career growth, and promote a culture of continuous learning. Facilitate forums and trainings with leaders and employees to drive a continuous learning culture. Some of our initiatives have been GetMentored mentor program, brown bag lunches as well as our internal leader learning journey 

✅People Analytics. We need to keep track of our people analytics to make the best possible decision based on our data. This means updating our HR tech stack and utilize data to track people metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

Who are you?
  • Most importantly; you dare to challenge yourself and others when needed in order to grow Not always comfortable - but you make sure to do it anyways because you know the real value for everyone's growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience working with recruitment (full process ownership). 
  • Several years of experience in coaching leaders, preferably working with C level executives.
  • Experience from being a manager yourself is a plus, in order to understand our internal customers in the best way possible. 
  • Several years of experience in HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations (mainly Sweden). 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong focus on KPIs/OKRs. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement. Done is better than perfect
  • Business level English is a requirement, any other language is a plus
