We are on the lookout for a slot creator who shares our passion for game design. As a slot creator, you will lead and push great ideas to completion, playing the games during production ensuring the best possible product when it comes to look and feel and player experience.

You will be instrumental in the process to shape games the way you see they need to be, all the way from an early idea to a finished game. We believe you have tons of ideas and here you will have the chance to create games with features you’ve always wanted.

We expect you to really have an eye for details and a big thirst and drive to better understand what the players want.

We believe in teamwork so it is crucial that you enjoy working with colleagues and bring your best to motivate both yourself as well as everybody else involved in our effort to make games that really stand out.

What you will be doing:

• Create and/or nourish new game mechanics.
• Refine concepts shared over lunch with creative colleagues.
• Pinpoint small changes which could heighten gameplay experience.
• Provide unique insight into players behaviour.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of slots and what makes them enjoyable.
• A certain amount of math in your skillset.
• History within the casino industry.
• Have been involved in the production process of several game projects.
• Experience of leading and stimulating game development teams.
• Split vision. You can work with several projects at the same time.
