Designer – Stockholm, Sweden Want to be a part of our exciting, new growth journey?

Are you a graphic visionary eager to take the lead on design within B2B marketing? Would you like to be part of a new marketing team within B2B SaaS, and be the driving force behind shaping our brand? Rillion is currently seeking a Designer who will be responsible for our brand and creating awesome design that stands out, helping us make a mark in AP Automation space.

As the Designer you will create concepts, campaigns and communication in tight collaboration with the rest of the marketing team as well as other business areas such as sales, product, people & culture and customer success. Your role will be strategic when it comes to creative development but also operational doing content creation in practice.

You will be reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Visual Identity: Responsible for our brand platform and guidelines as well as defining and evolving visual brand identity. Also making sure our look and feel remains consistent and align with brand guidelines across all channels.

Conceptualizing: Overall responsibility for strategy, concept and idea creation, planning and creating marketing design assets and campaigns in different formats and channels.

Marketing Design Assets : Design captivating visuals for different marketing initiatives such as ads, newsletters, infographics, blog posts, white papers etc.

Web Design: overseeing the design and layout for our website.

Sales Enablement: Craft persuasive sales presentation, pitch decks, battle cards and other sales collaterals that helps our sales reps do their job even better.

Product Marketing: Help emphasize the value of our product through compelling product marketing design.

Social Media: Develop design assets for organic and paid social media that drive brand awareness and conversion.

Tradeshow and Expos: Create impactful booth designs, event collateral, and merchandise that capture attention and communicate our brand and value proposition clearly.

Motion graphics: Responsible for motion/animation design production and project managing, creating engaging multimedia content that resonates with our target audience.

What we look for:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in graphic design, visual communication, or related field.
  • Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
  • Passionate about design and can think outside the box.
  • Self-starter, strategic mindset with a hands-on can-do attitude.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video-editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Relationship builder with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Good communication skills and fluency in English and Swedish.
  • Curious and staying on top by trying out new design techniques and ways of visually expressing ourselves.
