  • Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure the best user experience.
  • Collaborate with our development team to implement your designs.
  • Provide creative ideas for enhancing the overall user exp
QUALIFICATIONS: * Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus, though not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with user interface design principles and best practices.
  • Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work, which could include class projects, personal projects, or freelance work. This should demonstrate a good eye for aesthetics, understanding of layout, and user-centric design thinking.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effectively articulating design concepts and collaborating with team members.
* Research and Analysis:
  • Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Understanding of how to interpret and use data to guide design choices.
  • Creativity and Problem-Solving: A creative mindset with an ability to solve complex design challenges and come up with innovative solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design work.
  • Team Collaboration: Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment, accepting and providing constructive feedback.
