Senior QA Tech Engineer

For our client in Stockholm we are looking for a Senior QA Tech Engineer

Work tasks:
• Develop our QA automation/environment/data definitions and frameworks with smart solutions that will make product teams more efficient
• Be a subject matter expert in the QA Tech domain and be able to zoom in and out dependent on situation, technology, business needs and team maturity
• Grow our tech communities’ skills by sharing your work continuously
• Provide technical and architectural guidance and hands-on support that support our digitalization journey

Technical and Personal Competences
• Experience from one or more of the following areas. Test Automation, Test Data and Test Environments
• Holistic tech ability and fluency within software development lifecycle methodologies & demonstrated QA expertise, including automation and CI/CD
• Strategic thinker with good understanding of the retail business
• Great people skills, a curious mindset and a positive can-do attitude to motivate teams
• Experienced in agile development methodologies like Scrum, Kanban or SAFe
• Proven ability to mentor, guide, teach and inspire
• It’s a plus if you know your way around ERP/SAP, but it’s not a requirement
