• Collaborate with European executive and global legal team on strategic governance risk and compliance matters.
• Provide legal support in contract negotiations corporate commercial and compliance issues.
• Draft review and negotiate various legal documents.
• Manage corporate governance for regional subsidiaries including Swiss corporate law compliance.
• Monitor business activities for legal and compliance risks.
• Oversee litigation and manage outside counsel.
• Assist in ensuring legal compliance with relevant regulations.
• Deliver training and support HR on employment law.
• Advise on complex legal matters and M&A projects.

• Resident in Switzerland or Germany
• Fluency in English and German French is a plus
• Swiss qualified lawyer
• Min. 10 years of PQE as an inhouse legal counsel
• Expertise in commercial and corporate law
