Summary

  • The IT Associate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the end users and workstation environment at the McMinnville OR facility. The IT Associate will provide bestinclass customer service in carrying out their duties. The role provides installation maintenance and general support of hardware and software and supports end users with advanced questions or problems by identifying researching and resolving technical problems. The IT associate will help support a variety of IT processes and manufacturing applications that are critical to daytoday business operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Must be selfmotivated and a selfstarter.

  • This role supports the resolution of critical situations and technical problems.

  • Managing incidents and requests in coordination with the global IT service desk utilizing ITIL foundational principles.

  • ServiceNow experience required.

  • This role is the link between business applications and users from a technical and process perspective.

  • This role is responsible for direct interaction with internal customers.

  • This role requires you to drive results and proactively identify and resolve problems.

  • In this role you must understand the business impact of all IT decisions.

  • Create and communicate decisions impacting the wider business effectively managing customer expectations.

  • Develops training materials to support process changes and new technology introductions.

  • Follow established safety and environmental policies procedures and methods applicable to the work area.

  • Perform other duties as necessary.

Certifications

  • ITIL Foundation strongly preferred

  • Microsoft Certified Professional preferred

  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert preferred

  • CompTIA A preferreda

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree

  • At least 1 year of experience in an information technology role or related discipline

  • At least 1 year of experience in a support or service role actively interacting with customers regularly

  • At least 1 year of experience with maintenance and repair of computer hardware

  • Microsoft Active Directory applications

  • Business software applications including Microsoft Office Suite

  • IT Service Management ticketing tools such as ServiceNow preferred

  • Manufacturing environment preferred
