Om tjänsten som Manager
Som Manager hos Claesson & Partners har du ett helhetsansvar för utformning, ledning och leverans av projekt. Du kommer att vara en del av ett mycket kompetent team och ha en ledande roll där du coachar och guidar andra konsulter inom back-end samt arbeta nära ansvarig partner för BA/BI områ ; Du arbetar med strategi, lönsamhets- och utvecklingsfrågor tillsammans med dina kunder, som verkar både inom privat och offentlig sektor.

Projektens syfte kan variera från att bygga en helt ny dataplattform till att utveckla och förbättra en redan befintlig. För att göra detta kommer du identifiera datakällor, integrera, extrahera och transformera data med hjälp av effektiva ETL-flöden samt modellera i data lake och data warehouse. Vidare kommer du bidra till att utvärdera och stärka leveransen mot kund genom att produktifiera innovativa lösningar och idéer för framtiden.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:
  • Bygga, utveckla och integrera dataplattform hos kund.
  • Identifiera källor, designa och implementera ETL-flöden, modellera data, arbeta i data lake och data warehouse.
  • Arbeta för att produktifiera lösningar för framtida tjänsteutbud.
  • Leda, guida och coacha andra konsulter inom back-end.
Om dig
Vi söker dig som har en eftergymnasial utbildning inom Systemvetenskap, Industriell ekonomi eller annat som kan bedömas likvärdigt. Du har flera års erfarenhet av att bygga data pipelines och datamodellering samt har erfarenhet av SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, Synapse eller Azure Data Factory. Du känner dig bekväm i att arbeta med hela ETL-processen samt är trygg med olika databaser och miljöer då detta kan variera hos kund. Ett stort plus är om du har erfarenhet av service och kundkontakt, besitter grundförståelse inom ekonomi/redovisning och har kunskaper inom Business Intelligence-system, Python, CI/CD eller DevOps. Har du även erfarenhet av att implementera, förvalta eller integrera ERP-system är det meriterande. För att lyckas i rollen behöver du behärska svenska och engelska flytande i både tal och skrift.

Viktigt för tjänsten är:
  • Eftergymnasial utbildning inom Systemvetenskap, Industriell ekonomi eller liknande.
  • Flera års erfarenhet inom back-end data engineering där du hanterat alla delar från källa till molnet.
  • Trygg i hela ETL-processen.
  • Erfarenhet av SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, Synapse eller Azure Data Factory.
Meriterande för tjänsten är:
  • Erfarenhet av Power BI, Qlik, Tableau eller liknande.
  • Erfarenhet av CI/CD och DevOps.
  • Erfarenhet av Python-programmering.
  • Grundkunskaper i ekonomi/redovisning.
  • Erfarenhet av att implementera, förvalta eller integrera ERP-system.
