As Lurkit’s B2B Community Manager , you will be the heart and soul of our game developer community including some of the world’s leading studios and publishers. You’ll be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with our users to enhance customer loyalty and engagement.

Your primary focus will be on fostering a vibrant and supportive online community across various platforms, including forums, social media groups, offline and online events. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for our community members, addressing their inquiries, providing support, and amplifying their voices within the company.

This role requires a dynamic individual with exceptional communication skills, a passion for gaming, and a knack for building meaningful connections.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong, engaged community around Lurkit’s products and services across various online platforms, including forums, social media groups, and Discord servers.

  • Foster positive relationships with community members, addressing their inquiries, be a liaison between the customer, sales, marketing and support functions, and gathering feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.

  • Plan and execute engaging community events and Q&A sessions, to drive participation and enhance brand loyalty.

  • Plan and execute B2B partnerships for industry exhibitions, parties, client dinners.

  • Monitor community discussions and sentiment, proactively identifying and addressing any issues or concerns to maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement community initiatives that align with Lurkit’s business objectives and brand identity.

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, advocating for Lurkit within the gaming community and representing the company at industry events and conferences.

  • Track and analyze community metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of community initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience in community management in gaming is a must.

  • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of gaming culture and community dynamics.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.

  • Experience in producing online and offline events

  • Experience managing online communities across multiple platforms, including forums, social media, and Discord.

  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a proactive and customer-centric approach.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
