In this role you'll be focusing on the financial aspects of Epiroc IT, playing an integral part of our global IT management team, driving proactive business control and efficiency within the organization. Your mission As Controller, you will oversee financial data analysis and interpretation for Epiroc IT, guiding managers and employees towards cost efficiency, and executing projects to enhance departmental efficiency. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, you'll establish pricing models for IT services. You will ensure timely and accurate reporting, forecasting, and consolidation, providing proactive finance support to stakeholders. Overseeing cost distribution processes, you'll drive continuous improvement through standardization, digitalization, and process enhancements. Your responsibilities will also include implementing and maintaining internal controls, participating in audits, and monitoring operational KPIs to measure efficiency and benefits. In this role, you'll prioritize Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) in all we do, supporting the development and implementation of the Epiroc IT strategy. Serving as a role model and ambassador for company values, you'll foster professional growth through coaching and support, actively contributing to the Epiroc IT organization's success. Your profile We seek a dynamic individual with a university degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, and 5-7 years of experience in multinational organizations. Solid leadership and change management skills are essential, along with effective communication abilities for complex topics with a strong command of English. Proficiency in financial analysis and working with integrated ERP-system, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is necessary. Experience with internal controls, audits, and process improvements is highly desirable. You should possess a controller's mindset, taking ownership of responsibilities and demonstrating strong leadership abilities, including coaching and feedback skills. Building relationships, delivering clear guidance, and challenging the organization when necessary are vital traits.
