I rollen som Team Manager kommer din vardag att vara varierande och du ansvarar för enhetens utveckling sett till försäljning, affärsutveckling, rekrytering och ledarskap. I rollen ingår personalansvar och det är din uppgift att följa upp teamets utveckling och ge medarbetarna förutsättningar att växa i sina roller. Dessutom har du ansvaret för allas trivsel, vilket inkluderar att planera roliga, givande och utvecklande aktiviteter. Ditt arbete kommer även att innebära ett nära samarbete med övriga kompetensområden inom Semcon.


Rollen som Team Manager kan också innebära att du tar på dig ett eget konsultuppdrag. Du behöver därför ta med dig egen erfarenhet från områden som vi arbetar med - Det kan vara allt ifrån design strategier och tjänstedesign till user research, interaktionsdesign, ergonomi, tillgänglighet, ux/ui design till app-utveckling.

Vi söker dig som har:

  • relevant akademisk utbildning
  • minst 5 års relevant arbetslivserfarenhet som lead designer eller senior designer inom ux, user research eller användarcentrerad design
  • erfarenhet och driv inom säljarbete, kundbearbetning och affärsutveckling
  • van att jobba med målstyrning och uppföljning av säljmål
  • Ansvarat för och lett användarcentrerade projekt i varierande storlek och komplexitet, inklusive leverans- och kvalitetsuppföljning
  • erfarenhet inom ledarskap, är van att leda team, kan få andra att växa, utvecklas och trivas
  • Obehindrad kunskap inom svenska och engelska
