Pre-Collections Manager

We're seeking a strategic leader with a deep understanding of pre-collection and collection activities in the banking, finance, or e-commerce sectors. You'll drive our pre-collections efforts, collaborating closely with Operations and Credit departments to optimize strategies and ensure compliance. Your role will involve inspiring and coaching your team to deliver exceptional results, supported by data-driven insights.

We believe you:

• Have previous experience in pre-collection and/or collection strategies within relevant sectors.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in pre-collection and collection processes, particularly in Sweden (meriting: Other Nordic countries)
• Strong leadership and coaching skills within operational functions.
• Are structured, flexible, engaged and have great communication skills.
• Deep knowledge with the Microsoft Office-package
• Experience in Lean, Six Sigma and /or COPC.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, knowledge in other Nordic languages is meritorious.

What you will do:

• Work together with Operations teams and with the Credit department to build out Qliro’s pre-collections efforts.
• Contribute to inspire and make the team and each individual to grow.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize Qliros pre collection strategy.
• Lead recruitment, performance reviews, and salary negotiations

In this role, you'll not only take charge of the daily operations involving our existing customers who, for various reasons, have fallen behind on their payments, but you'll also have the unique responsibility of building up this collections function from scratch and being the main point of contact for the Credit department.
