About the job:

As a Logistics Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in helping to maintain our logistical and pre-delivery operations whilst being part of maintaining our inbound and outbound routines. You will be working with ensuring efficient hardware return analysis, staging and other logistical processes. The position is one in a team of four, that supports our company's operational supply needs, ensuring we offer speedy and efficient first class service to our customers.

This job is a substitute employment ( Sv. vikariatsanställning ) until December 31, 2024, which will probably be extended. There could also be opportunities for a permanent employment thereafter. 

 

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Software installation and configuration of Card Payment Terminals for new deliveries
  • Handling incoming warranty return payment terminals, including resetting, cleaning and software re-loading
  • Ticket management in our customer support system, Zendesk
  • General Logistics tasks, including handling, picking and controlling stock
  • Handling logistic duties in our ERP system, SAP ByDesign
  • Documenting instructions related to our supply chain processes, for our customers and external service partners

To excel in this role, you'll need a mix of technical interest, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within our dynamic team. Here's what we're looking for:

  • Previous experience: You are interested in and have documented work experience in supply chain/warehouse operations in a technology driven company.
  • Proactive Approach: Eagerness to take initiative in identifying potential improvements in our supply chain processes, and the confidence to implement these changes effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, capable of working alongside diverse teams to achieve shared goals and improve overall operational functionality.
  • IT system knowledge: Experience from working with Zendesk and SAP ByDesign.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable to take on with a readiness to adapt to new challenges, and to learn on the go.
  •   Personal: You have a degree from at least secondary school and relevant professional diploma. Fluency in Swedish and English is a must.
