About the role

As E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible forthe optimization of our marketplace and E-commerce products. You will identify and drive growth opportunities to increase engagement throughstrategic and operational work. You will report to Head of Engage Nordics and be part of anew team at Benify.

You will for instance

  • Optimize engagement and transactions within the Benify platform
  • Improve content and consult suppliers and partnerson content quality
  • Optimize promotions and campaignswithin our marketplace
  • Identify and drive development and growth opportunities
  • Strengthen the relationships with partners and benefits suppliers as well asbetween our marketplace and internal functions
  • Have technical product ownership of ourmarketplace and E-commerce products and reply toproduct related questions internally and externally.

With a commercial mindset andability to identify opportunities, you drive initiatives independentlywith productivity and the whole top of mind.You possesses strong communication skills and interact with internal and external stakeholders in a clear and respectful manner.In addition, you are analytical and understand that statistics and data are the foundation of making informed decisions for optimization.

We also see that you have

  • At least 3-4 years of experience working withinE-Commerce,Business Development for E-Commerce or Digital Marketing
  • Professional language skills in Swedish and English, written and spoken
  • Very good skills in Excel & working withdata analytics tools (e.g.Qliksense)
  • A bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Do you also have experience working in a commercial client facingrole,it's considered a big plus
