Role Overview:

Join our dynamic team as a Sustainability Reporting and Compliance Controller We're on the lookout for an exceptional candidate who can seamlessly collaborate across functions, ensuring that our operations align impeccably with the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards and frameworks. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring our outdoor product range meets compliance expectations. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with a passion for sustainability and outdoor products, someone who thrives on structured processes, diligent follow-ups, and insightful data analysis. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare RevolutionRace for sustainability reporting requirements including the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the EU’s Taxonomy Regulation.

Develop reporting structures and processes for sustainability due diligence, and reporting, ensuring compliance with regulation and frameworks, internal controls, data quality and accuracy in cooperation with finance and other relevant stakeholders

Drive the development of systems and efficiency in reporting and follow-up of sustainability data.

Participate in the audit process of sustainability reporting Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and certifications related to outdoor product safety, chemicals, labelling, testing, and quality.

Collaborate with product development and manufacturing teams to ensure compliance with regulations and RevolutionRace’s sustainability strategy throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience from similar positions.

Knowledge of and interest in sustainability reporting regulations and frameworks.

Experience with compliance related to outdoor product safety, chemicals, labeling, testing, and quality.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and a high ability and interest in mastering systems such as, Power BI, Workiva, Position Green, Worldfavor etc.

Fluent in Swedish and English.

Ability to work independently with strong analytical skills and an interest in strategy and analyzing and compiling information and data

Solution-focused mindset with a collaborative approach to working with different teams and stakeholders.

Location: Borås, Sweden

The position reports to our Sustainability Manager.
