Do you recognise yourself as a motivated and experienced Tech Business Analyst who wants to be a part of Lindex transformation journey? Great. We are looking for two new colleagues, working within two different domains; our design, plan and produce domain or our supplier domain. Your role in our team. As a Tech Business Analyst, you will make sure we make the right priorities by evaluating existing and new business needs. You are a part of business implementation and change management activities, as well as prepare for and be an active part of planning sprints. You analyse business needs to identify suitable solutions, always together with the team. We believe in flexibility, offering a hybrid work set-up and the option to work remotely. Design, Plan & Produce domain you will be part of: Enhancing how Lindex work with assortment planning, merchandise planning, product development and sourcing. Further optimise and transform how we work to create value for our business with the recently implemented PLM tool with focus on process, tool, and data. Scale the use of 3D in our development process to create lead time and efficiency gains in addition to strengthening our general development capability. Supplier domain you will be part of: Creating a new domain team, with focus on our suppliers and related processes, given our focus on supply chain transparency, supplier partnership and the focus on sustainability. Enhance our processes related to our suppliers by leveraging IT solutions and data further. Progressing Lindex work related to sustainability and transparency with focus on tech and data. Spanning cross both environment and social responsibility. Is this you? You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field. We believe you have a few years of experience as a Tech Business Analyst or similar role. You have experience from working with lean or agile software methods such as kanban or scrum-based approaches. Also, you always want to learn more and have strong verbal and written communication skills. For the Design, Plan & Produce domain it is valuable if you have knowledge of merchandising planning, assortment planning, PLM or other tools within the area of fashion retail or similar process in other industries. And for the Supplier domain it is valuable if you have knowledge of supplier management, supply chain, sustainability or similar either from fashion retail or other industries.
