At Securitas Intelligent Services  we are seeking a talented Optimizely Senior Tech Lead to join our team. 

As a Senior Tech Lead , you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions using the Optimizely platform to meet our stakeholders' requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate requirements into realizable architectures and solutions and supporting the development team to implement the solution ( and is not afraid to help out with development if needed)
  • Ensure that the platform is cyber secured
  • Collaborate with stakeholders such as marketing team to understand their business objectives and technical requirements
  • Design and architect optimization solutions using the Optimizely platform
  • Develop and support experimentation strategies to improve key metrics such as conversion rates and engagement
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams

 

Preferred experience and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 6 + years of IT experience
  • Proven experience as a Senior Tech Lead or similar role
  • Strong understanding of web technologies
  • Proficiency in implementing and configuring CMS platforms such as Optimizely.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Certifications in Optimizely or related technologies is a plus.
  • Extensive experience in Content management platform and preferable Optimizely and Digital Asset Management (DAM)
