As a leading organization in our industry, we prioritize compliance with legal standards and international policies while maintaining the highest ethical standards. We are seeking a dedicated HSEQ & Compliance Director to join our team and lead our efforts in ensuring adherence to ISO standards and regulatory requirements.

What you will do:

As the HSEQ & Compliance Director, one of your primary responsibilities is to ensure strict compliance with HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment and Quality) rules and regulations mandated by national authorities and industry best practices. This entails implementing robust processes and procedures to safeguard the well-being of employees, protect the environment, and uphold product quality standards.

This involves being a part of building up a team of specialists in Quality and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), carefully considering automotive supplier qualification procedures to meet industry standards. By cultivating a skilled and knowledgeable team, you will reinforce our dedication to adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead policy development and implementation to ensure alignment with ethical and compliance requirements, adaptable for ISO certification and Responsible Business principles.
  • Provide training and education to employees on ethical practices, data protection laws, and workplace conduct standards.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees seeking guidance on ethical dilemmas or compliance issues, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Monitor and report compliance status through internal audits and risk assessments, addressing areas of non-compliance.
  • Conduct investigations into allegations of misconduct, determining appropriate actions to address wrongdoing.
  • Engage with stakeholders including employees, management, regulators, and the public to promote transparency and accountability.
  • Continuously improve the management system and policies to address emerging risks, legal changes, and organizational growth.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ethical decision-making and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
