What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of threeyear's experience as a management consultant working in the FS sector, ideally in the areas of core banking and/or insurance.
  • As a management consultant you must have experience in both strategy and transformation initiatives most likely in an analyst role.
  • You should have had some experience working in a lead capacity on client projects, this could be as a stream leader, project leader or junior project manager.
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English
  • Masters degree educated
