I Cloud Platform Services, en del av affärsområdet Managed Service Provider, levererar vi managerade infrastrukturtjänster till Advanias kunder. I tillägg till infrastruktur-leveransen har vi ett antal avgörande stödfunktioner som säkerställer säkerhet, kontinuitet och kvalitet i leveransen. Critical Incident Management(CIM) är i allra högsta grad en av dessa

Rollen som Critical Incident Manager innebär att du ansvarar för följande;

  • Aktivt leda Incidentarbetet och driva taskforce tillsammans med tekniska specialister.
  • Kontinuerligt kommunicera med våra kunder, partners och tredjepart.
  • Skriva incidentrapporter och följa upp grundorsak.

Som en del i rollen ansvar man också för kontinuerlig optimering och utveckling av incidentprocessen tillsammans med kunderna och dina kollegor i CIM-teamet.

Du kommer utgå ifrån Advanias kontor i Stockholm, Örebro, Linköping, Göteborg eller Malmö. Du rapporterar till ansvarig för Cloud Platform Services.

Vad vi söker hos dig ✨

För att trivas och lyckas i rollen behöver du ha god kunskap inom IT-drift, bredden är däremot viktigare än djup. Idealt har du bakgrund inom Incident och/eller Problem Management men det är inget krav. Förmågan att målfokuserat och strukturerat leda dina kollegor kommer vara din viktigaste tillgång för att bli stjärntillskottet i det välfungerande teamet.

Vi söker dig som har:

  • Minst 5 år inom IT-Drift. 
  • God kunskap om ITIL-processerna (Incident, Problem och Change).
  • God kommunikationsförmåga i både tal och skrift, både engelska och svenska.
