Om rollen

Som bolagsjurist kommer du att ansvara för att tillhandahålla juridisk rådgivning och vägledning till bolaget i ett brett spektrum av juridiska frågor med såväl svensk som internationell anknytning inklusive bl.a. regelefterlevnad, produktansvar, marknadsföringsfrågor, regulatoriska frågor, avtalsförhandlingar och immateriella rättigheter. Du kommer också att ansvara för att företräda företaget i rättsliga förfaranden, förlikningsdiskussioner och hantera externa ombud.

Vad vi söker

Habit värdesätter personliga egenskaper och vill därför att du som söker tjänsten är prestigelös, har lätt för att samarbeta, kommunicera och diskutera med andra och har ett gott juridiskt och kommersiellt omdöme.

Vi söker dig som har:

  • svensk juristexamen med goda betyg,
  • minst 3 års erfarenhet från affärsjuridisk advokatbyrå eller motsvarande tjänst,
  • goda kunskaper i kommersiell avtalsrätt, bolagsrätt, immaterialrätt, marknadsföringsrätt och EU-rätt.
  • mycket goda kunskaper i engelska.

Meriterande:

  • Erfarenhet från tobaksindustrin
  • Myndighetserfarenhet
  • Flerspråkig
