Your role & influence as Business Process Developer

Responsibility :You will be given responsibility for spearheading our digital process transformation and unifying our operational excellence and customer experience efforts, driving our business towards a cohesive, efficient, and customer-centric way of working.You continuously seek the optimal balance between market demands, organizational profitability, and employee usability, striving to make each day better than the last

Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of optimizing operational processes to meet evolving needs and technological capabilities. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with departments Sales and Operations, ensuring seamless integration of technology to enhance productivity and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Core activities :

  • Strategic Alignment & Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to align business objectives, strategies, and priorities. Assess existing processes, workflows, and systems for inefficiencies, identifying improvement areas supporting strategic goals.
  • Requirements Definition: Define and document business requirements, translating stakeholder needs into actionable guidelines. Manage changes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implementation: Supervise the implementation and adoption of new solutions, fostering collaboration between business and technical teams for seamless integration.

Additionally, it's important that:

  • You have a bachelor's degree level of working and thinking
  • Experience in a similar role and you speak and write English on a professional level
  • The nice to haves:Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or AX,knowledge of and experience with VAR business and related processes; Experience with the Lean (Six Sigma) methodology and knowledge of agile working
