About the employment
For this assignment, you will be hired out via Recruitbyme to our partner and its end customer. Which means that you will be employed by us and we take full employer responsibility.

For a client in Jonsered (SE) or Huskvarna (SE), we are looking for a Business Analyst within PLM (TeamCenter).

Our Client runs a transformation program called Next Generation PLM (NG PLM). It has been decided that all company divisions shall move into one unified PLM system, which is Teamcenter (TC). In the solution part of the program, they need to reinforce the Business Analyst team with proactive and results-driven professionals looking for an opportunity to contribute to a leading company's PLM initiatives.

Role Overview: As a PLM Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the product lifecycle management initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement effective PLM solutions that align with strategic objectives. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization's efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness.

We are specially looking for candidates with experience for any of the areas Part & BOM, Change Management as well as the Defining documentation area (more precisely CAD & Catia). If you have experience from PLM within manufacturing industries, and especially above-mentioned areas and how to implement best practice in Teamcenter, it is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead your functional area towards best practice and the NG PLM Road map thru:

• Collaboration with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives related to product lifecycle management.
• Conducting comprehensive analysis of existing business processes and systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for enhancement.
• Defining and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for PLM initiatives.
• Working closely with IT teams to design, configure, and customize PLM solutions that meet business needs and best practice in Teamcenter.
• Participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide ongoing support to training team and end-users.
• Monitoring PLM system roll-out, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements during program execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant work experience within the field of PLM and/or project management.
• Proven experience (min 5 years) as a Business Analyst, with a focus on PLM or related areas.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management concepts, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Teamcenter, Agile PLM).
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. If you have led such teams it is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements and solutions.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results within agreed timelines.
• Self-driven and service minded
• Tools: Teamcenter and Office 365 is required. Azure DevOps is preferred. If you also have experience from SmartTeam it is good but not a requirement.
