Rollen

I denna roll kommer du att vara ansvarig för att ge användare förstklassigt tekniskt stöd och hjälp, samtidigt som du samarbetar med andra tekniska team för att förbättra servicedesk-processer. 

Du kommer vara det första kontaktpersonen för användarna och hjälpa till att lösa problem och hålla dem informerade genom hela processen. Om du brinner för att hjälpa andra och är redo att ta dina första steg inom IT-support, kan detta vara den perfekta rollen för dig

Detta är en långsiktig tjänst med start sommar 2024. Vår kund har sitt kontor i Stockholm.

VEM ÄR DU?
  • Du är flytande i det danska och svenska språket 
  • Du har ett stort tekniskt intresse och/eller erfarenhet av arbete med liknande arbetsuppgifter 
  • Du har en god kommunikationsförmåga och har enkelt för att förklara tekniska saker till icke-tekniska personer

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av liknande arbetsuppgifter samt följande: 
Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune/SCCM, Meraki, TeamViewer, SSO SAML, Remote Desktop Protocol, Freshservice.
