Every room in our Malmö hotel measures 43 square meters minimum, giving our guests the space to re-energize and make themselves at home. Our 229 comfortable, modern rooms are twice the size of an average standard hotel room. Guests don't have to leave the hotel to enjoy an exceptional culinary experience. They can savor Swedish and international favorites in front of a roaring hearth in our restaurant Thott’s, which is nestled in one of Malmö’s oldest half-timbered houses. HUVDUDSAKLIGA UPPGIFTER

  • Delta och ansvara för att vi har en hög och jämn servicenivå i receptionen
  • Engagera sig och bidra till hotellets uppsatta mål
  • Personalplanering i form av schemaläggning, bemanning.
  • Kontinuerligt se till att vidareutbilda dig inom ditt område för att förbättra avdelningen och din egen prestation
  • Coacha, utveckla och leda receptionspersonalen
  • Ansvara för introduktionen av nyanställda och de anställdas utbildningsbehov
  • Ansvara för hotellet när ingen från ledningen finns på plats

DIN PROFIL
Vi ser att du har flera års erfarenhet av hotellreception och att du har förmågan att leda andra. Som Service Manager är du tydlig, rak och kommunikativ. Du har datorvana och goda kunskaper i hotellbokningssystem. Du ska vara strukturerad och ha god planeringsförmåga. Vi förutsätter att du kan uttrycka dig väl i tal och skrift i både svenska och engelska och kunskap i ytterligare språk är meriterande. Vi ser även att du har en positiv service- attityd gentemot kunder och medarbetare, en Yes I Can-attityd.
