Your role

You will be joining as a senior Implementation Consultant for our Military customers. You and your team will focus on delivering expert services and software training solutions to the Military sector in the Nordics. 4C has been a preferred supplier to the Nordic armed forces for many years and our software solutions support them to assess, visualise and exploit training data to support decision making, build capabilities and increase their training readiness.

The Exonaut platform is highly scalable and configurable, enabling allied forces to plan, programme, design, manage and optimise complex exercises, training progressions and experimentation. When last years’ global safety situation changed, these topics are more relevant than ever and so is your work to build a safer society.

Working collaboratively in a project delivery team, your main responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the Technical Project Manager on various Implementation engagement where you are responsible for planning and driving the technical implementation of our Exonaut software in large scale projects.
  • Conducting requirement gathering analysis and translating findings into functional/technical specifications
  • Supporting clients as expert in various areas connected to training, risk- and crisis management
  • Troubleshooting product issues during the entire project delivery process, fixing them and escalating when relevant
  • Creating user guides and product workflows
  • Training external users/clients to our software solutions and offering first line support during the project delivery process
  • Developing long-term, positive relationships with customers and increasing overall account satisfaction.
  • Acting as an internal product subject matter expert within Exonaut and training.

Who you are

You are a technically skilled and resourceful self-starter with well-developed interpersonal skills and a deep sense of customer service. Our deliveries are truly a team effort, and you and your team will be comfortable working in an ambiguous environment where no two days are the same. You are also driven by having meaningful impact and show great level of integrity and accountability.

We believe you have:

  • At least five years of experience with implementations, support, applications and/or an IT-consultant.
  • Experience delivering software implementations in a project-controlled environment
  • Experience designing and delivering training sessions and product documentation
  • Ability to work with modern technologies
  • Previous commercial experience in a consulting or client-facing role
  • Ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders from various technical backgrounds
  • Previous exposure to project management principles
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a collaborative setting
  • Flexibility to travel to meet clients
  • Experience from the military and/or defence industry is a strong merit
