Position Summary:

As a CRM Assistant, you will be crucial in maintaining customer engagement and retention. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement in our CRM strategies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Create and execute targeted email campaigns to engage and retain our customer base
  • Leverage customer segmentation and behavioral data to personalize communication
  • Optimize email marketing, SMS, and other channels to drive customer loyalty & engagement
  • Generate reports on CRM performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Monitor customer feedback and adjust CRM strategies accordingly
  • Implement A/B testing and other experiments to optimize CRM effectiveness

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in CRM/Email automation software
  • Proficient analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Fluent in German and English
