As a CRM Assistant, you will be crucial in maintaining customer engagement and retention. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement in our CRM strategies.
Responsibilities include:
- Create and execute targeted email campaigns to engage and retain our customer base
- Leverage customer segmentation and behavioral data to personalize communication
- Optimize email marketing, SMS, and other channels to drive customer loyalty & engagement
- Generate reports on CRM performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Monitor customer feedback and adjust CRM strategies accordingly
- Implement A/B testing and other experiments to optimize CRM effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in CRM/Email automation software
- Proficient analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Fluent in German and English
