Your role

Saab Talent Acquisition Center has a team of highly skilled professionals who build long term relationships in order to attract and recruit passive candidates. Targeting talents from various occupational groups, reversing the recruitment process, the team works proactively to reach Saabs most critical competences. In close collaboration with hiring managers, employer branding and the business, the Talent Acquisition team work methodically to raise the Saab awareness among our targeted talents.


Your role will be to attract the best people within the tech industry, maintain a strong employer brand, and ensure great relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders. You will not only have the freedom and responsibility to plan your own work, you can also expect a challenging future, continues learning and a great deal of fun

Responsibilities:

  • Support and guide managers to meet their hiring needs, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Identify qualified candidates via search and proactively create and maintain a candidate network
  • Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment processes, together with our hiring managers, in order to attract and match our most critical competences
  • Full ownership of broader job-ads that are linked to social media campaigns
  • Ensure we deliver a professional and qualitative recruitment process, always delivering an excellent candidate experience


Your profile

We are looking for you with a bachelor’s degree in HR or similar, and preferable a few years of experience from working within recruitment in a competitive market. You have experienced working in close collaboration with hiring managers and the ability to build successful relationships. It is an advantage if you have experience from LinkedIn Recruiter and/or our HR-system Workday.

We believe that you are structured in your way of working and that you are flexible and persevering. You have to be a self-going person, have the ability to take initiative and ensure ownership to your own work. Having strong communication skills and the ability to guide, influence and drive will be of the outmost importance as well.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
