About the role

As a Sales & Account Executive at SB Insight, you will be leading the sales activities related to Sustainable Brand Index. You will be a part of the sales & marketing team and report to our Business & Sales Director. As we are a small team, you need to thrive in an ever changing environment and responsibilities may change as we grow.

Main responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Selling Sustainable Brand Index-related products (brand strategy reports and workshops) in the Nordics (Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland) and the Netherlands.
  • Focusing on sales efforts with both existing and new clients.
  • You will be responsible for achieving and surpassing the assigned sales targets for each country.
  • Exploring and capitalizing on opportunities to create and deliver tailored projects that meet the unique needs of our clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven background in sales with the right attitude and eagerness to contribute to a small yet dynamic team focusing on international brands.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven skills in fostering strong relationships and adept at managing stakeholders, showcasing an ability to cultivate and maintain collaborative partnerships.
  • Language Proficiency : Proficient in business English is essential. Fluency or native proficiency in Danish, Norwegian, Finnish or Dutch is considered a significant advantage.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrated willingness to thrive in a high-paced environment, showcasing an ability to navigate and excel in a dynamic work setting.
  • Additional Skills : Valuable experience in marketing, market research and insight generation.

We are the founders of Sustainable Brand Index, Europe’s largest brand study on sustainability. We provide leading brands like IKEA, Arla, Circle K and McDonald’s with in-depth insights and strategic advice on how to transform into sustainable brands. Our experience and expertise in sustainability and brands, our proven frameworks for sustainable brand transformation and our database of consumer and brand data, give us an advantage in a market where "experts " in sustainability seem to pop up everywhere. We will recruit new people continuously and grow our existing markets as well as expand into new ones. Our study Sustainable Brand Index is Europe’s largest brand study on sustainability and is conducted in 8 countries, with further geographical expansion in the plan.
