We are seeking an experienced and dynamic fullstack developer using the .NET and C# stack to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge software solutions.

At MERPHI, we’re all about pushing the boundaries of human-centric robotics. If you join us, you’ll start off as a consultant for a specific time meaning you will be working at the clients office. After that, you’ll focus on internal projects, working on exciting robotic assignments. During your time as a consultant you will always have the opportunity to work on our internal projects and advance your knowledge of robotics.

As a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer at MERPHI, you will be a key contributor to the design, development, and implementation of complex software applications. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and mentor a team of developers, driving excellence in both front-end and back-end development using the .NET stack.

Responsibilities and tasks
  • Lead the development of end-to-end solutions, covering both front-end and back-end development using the .NET stack.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, influencing best practices and driving excellence in software development.
  • Explore and integrate new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance .NET development process.
  • Oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and meeting project deadlines.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Implement advanced quality control measures and lead comprehensive testing of applications.
  • Architect and design robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality standards and optimize code for performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack .NET Developer, with a minimum of 4 years in a senior role.
  • Expertise in C# and .NET technologies (ASP.NET, .NET Core).
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
    Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and implement new technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
